About Ilkley & District Round Table

Meeting new people and trying new things is what we are all about. From sports to brewery trips, nights out to family social events, we pride ourselves on giving our members the chance to get involved in the local community and make a difference to their and other people’s lives.

Ilkley & District Round Table was formed in the late 1940s and has a long history of supporting charities and good causes in the local area.  Whether this entails providing funding for a particular project, organising and helping at events or giving our time and working on a project, we aim is to support those in need. 

Our principal event for fundraising is the Ilkley Beer Festival. You will also be familiar with us helping Santa to visit Ilkley, Addingham and Ben Rhydding in December and be used to seeing us dressed as cartoon characters for Children in Need.

However, if you are more interested in the social side, which includes family camping trips and our summer BBQ, then you would also be most welcome. Being a member of Round Table can help you enhance your personal strengths like no other organisation. Taking part in debate and organising functions and events will build leadership skills and give you public speaking abilities.
